Happy New Year families!

Little League registration is now open for tee ball, softball, and baseball.  On-line registration is the preference www.columbiall.org.  In-person registration will be offered on January 25^th (from 5:00 - 7:30 pm) and February 4^th (from 9 am - noon).   

Early Bird discount is in effect through January! Tee ball is $100 and all other divisions are $125.  In February, registration costs are tee-ball $125 and all other division are $150. Early registration helps us out a lot - please register during January if you can.

T-mobile will again offer a grant to cover registration fees.  Accessing the grant funding is very easy.  To apply, first visit their site T-Mobile Little League® Call Up Grant Program - Little League.  After receiving your grant code from them, which I believe will be in the form of a credit card number and expiration date, you can register your player with us. 

Paper work 

1. A medical release form is needed for every player.  This form is only completed by a parent/guardian - nothing from a doctor is needed. 

1. School enrollment or the other residency documents are needed if the player did not play All-Stars last year. 

Volunteer

We need you! While registering, please be sure to select boxes for any volunteer role you might be able to help with.  Team Managers are always needed - these roles have to be filled in order to make a team. If you are interested but a little hesitant, please reach out. 

Division Information

If your player's age makes them eligible for more than one division, information is on the website to help guide your choice.  Reach out if you still have questions. 

Team Requests

Please do not make requests for players to be on the same team as a friend or the team of a specific manager/coach.  There are simply too many players to honor all requests.  Managers of tee-ball and coach pitch division will be offered the option to request one single player.  Teams for every division above coach-pitch are made through a formal player draft. 

Try Outs and Practices

Try outs for divisions that require it (Usually, Minor Softball/Baseball, Major Baseball) will be on February 11^th and 18^th.  Practices will be starting in March after the teams are formed.
